Brumis International is a private holding company headquartered in New York City. Our company is divided into three divisions, Private Equity, Import and Export, and Real Estate Development. All three divisions share a common goal of investing in opportunities that create value, while being conscious of our environmental impact. We strongly believe in the "eco-revolution" which is taking place worldwide, as awareness becomes widespread on our carbon footprint and the way we interact with our environment.

01Brumis Capital Management is responsible for identifying opportunities for investment in both existing businesses, as well as start up ventures. With a focus on green initiatives such as renewable energy, eco friendly products, and biodegradable materials, BCM has been a pioneer in eco investing. BCM has also been involved in several turn around ventures, where our experienced management team along with detailed analysis, has lead the way for our successful investment performance. 02Brumis Imports has provided import and export solutions for some of the world's top retailers and wholesalers. BI takes great pride in being in the forefront of all of the safety testing and green packaging rules now commonplace in our market. We strongly believe that despite these challenging economic times there is always a need for great quality products at competitive prices.

BRUMIS REAL ESTATE

03Brumis is the property development and management arm of Brumis International. Brumis has owned and managed properties ranging from strip malls and apartment buildings to multi-unit apartment complexes with several thousand units. Brumis' specialty is in distressed properties in need of stronger management teams to bring them into profitable territory. We stress a "cost-containment" approach to development while keeping a strong focus on quality of structural design and function.
